Do I need to Keep ProBites Refrigerated?
Yes. Since all our products are natural and free of preservatives, it is important that you refrigerate our products if you want them to last for a long period.
What is the shelf life of ProBites?
Refer to the “best by” date printed on each package for the most accurate date. But ideally, Probites products can last up to 6 months when frozen.
Do you have any gluten-free products?
Currently, we do not guarantee that any of our products are gluten-free.
Do you ship to other countries besides Canada?
Currently, we only ship our products in Canada.
Do you offer free shipping beyond a certain price?
Yes! We offer free shipping for orders above $100 before taxes.
